Presentation Dinner 2010


" In line with a decision taken at a recent Leagues Committee Meeting our Presentation Dinner is open to tender to host this event for next season to our member Clubs.

We will be looking for a Club with the capacity to comfortably seat some 300 people with appropriate bar facilities to cater for this large number. Dinner costs will need to be competitive and we will be looking for a subsidy on bar prices for the evening.

A separate room will be required in order to offer hospitality to our esteemed guests, with a regular supply of drinks provided.

There must be room in the dining area to display the Trophies and equally space to carry out our Presentations. Clear access to this area will be vital.

An efficient PA System will be necessary.

The successful Club must meet the above conditions, on this important evening for the development of our Leagues a high standard will be required.

Closing date for applications to be :- June 30th 2009.
