Rules Committee’s findings on Northwich’s 2nds complaint re loading by Lymm 3rds on 30/01/10
The Rules Committee have looked at all the evidence brought forward from Northwich and also other evidence gathered by themselves and have decided that on the basis of that they have found that the Lymm Club contravened Rule 13 re loading the 3rd team. Clear evidence was brought forward that three 1st team players played for Lymm 3rds on 30/01/10.
Points have been deducted from Lymm and Northwich have been awarded points.
In addition all points gained by Lymm in "Team of the week/Season" are being deducted.
This judgement will stand unless an appeal is put in by Lymm and upheld.
This is being announced on the website to deter other Clubs from following similar actions. The Miller Homes Committee will always investigate such actions.
