The big boys from Rossendale ran at us all day and we did well stopping them from breaking the gainline for a good 50 mins. Sandbachs defence in general was excellent and full credit to all the lads for playing there hearts out.
We led 12 nil at halftime. With more clinical finishing on the wings this score could of doubled.
