Chester 2s Infringe Rule 16 b of Cup Rules

At the recent Appeal meeting held at Bowdon Rugby Club the decision against Chester 2 was upheld. 

Chester 2s Conceded the semi Final of the Robinsons Brewery Cup on the 16/3/2019. This infringes Rule 16 b with the consequence that they must now leave the Leagues and Cup. 

As a consequence of Chester 2s infringing Rule 16b of the Cup Rules, Chester 3s in 2 South must also leave the Leagues under Rule 20 of the League Rules.

However it was decided that Chester 2s and Chester 3s will be allowed back in to the Leagues and Cups next season.
