From M6 Jn36 follow A590 to Barrow, sign-posted all the way. At Dalton/Barrow roundabout go straight on (2nd exit) towards Barrow (zoo on right-hand-side), at next roundabout go straight on (2nd exit) and at the one after that turn left (1st exit). Turn right (2nd exit) at next roundabout onto Abbey Road, follow this for 1.5 miles passing the hospital (on the right) until first set of traffic lights (Strawberry Hotel), turn right at the lights into Hawcoat Lane, club is 200m on the left.
